Hi,

Is there anyone also have this kind of problem on iPad mini 4.

I been using my iPad mini 4 for almost 2 years, but suddenly when I plug my iPad on a outlet, the battery sign will have a lightning volt but just 2 seconds then change to not charging. But if you just leave it plug for about an hour

depends on the level of your battery used. It will charged until it goes to 100%. It means screen shows not charging but actually it is charging internally.

Any idea what cause this? Will it have any effect after upgrading it to iOS 10.3.3?

What you describe usually occurs when the iPad is receiving a bare minimum power that is sufficient to charge it, but not enough to keep charging and have the screen on.

Make sure you use the wall charger that came with the iPad. You can also try a Restart.

My Mini 4 is about 2 months old, and has the same symptoms, even when I use the supplied charger. Eventually, the charge comes up, but it only shows occasional charging.
