Restored all deleted Music Files/Folders gone

Oh, I hope someone can help me...

Short story... My whole iTunes library (playlists, music) was deleted. I didn't realize it til months later.  I managed to recover all of the music files and the .itl from the old drive using recovery software.  The problem.... This software only recovered the music and .itl, not the folders and previous organization.  I'm of course grateful to have all of the music back, but iTunes shows an '!' for every song because they are not in the place where the .itl file recorded them as being.  And..... I lost every single artist/album folder, I just have a huge folder full of music files.  :-( 

Can anyone think of a way to recover or recreate the folder structure without having to spend a gazillion hours manually recreating each artist and album folder.I so appreciate any suggestions - thanks.
