I moved to another country, it is not a choice ...

I would like to be able to update my address as well as payment currency within iTunes for both my iMac as well as my iPad Mini 4. When I log into my account manager, I get a few country choices, but not the one that I am living in. I was in Canada now in Costa Rica, therefore all of the prices were listed in CDN. I would like to have them altered to match my current country to either USD or CRC. Thank you. Also, when I attempt to contact Support it advises me that I am to bring my machine in for repair. My machine does not need repair. Also, my iPad is less than 2 months old. Zero support because I changed countries?
