IPAD hacked. Need to reset. Have original APPLE...

Hi,

My iPad was hacked and Find my iPhone is using an APPLE ID I do not recognise.

I have the original invoice from APPLE

Order number W4*****033

This order was a purchase of two iPads.

However, the IP that is hacked and am locked out was replaced under the guarantee and has serial DK*******182

Please could you reset it for me.

From my APPLE ID, you can see purchase manage APPLE products. I am getting so frustrated in find out how to reset this IPAD.
