Unable to change homepage in safari

Hi guys. Lately I have a problem on my MacBook Pro 15 (Sierra 10.12.2) caused by searchpage.com, which does not make me change the homepage on Safari. You know help me delete it?

Can you change your laptop language to English?

1) Quit Safari.

2) Drag the 'com.apple.Safari.plist' which is located at ~/Library/Preferences file to the trash.

3) Restart your Mac.

4) Then launch Safari and check it's Preferences window.
