I have iPad 4 and am unable to get iOS 11. Sett...

I currently have a iPad 4th generation. Model MD 523LL/A. I am unable to get the latest IOS 11 update on this particular device. I am not alerted to a new update. I go to settings and tap on 'check fo updates' and it displays that I am up to date with IOS 10.3.3.

Any suggestions. I have tried the update with iTunes with no success. Same thing.... 'up to date'.

An iPad 4 isn't capable of running iOS 11.
