cannot "edit playlist" with latest update

with the latest update, there is no longer a "edit playlist" button

With iTunes 12.7 you can open multiple iTunes windows and drag and drop between them. Right-click on a playlist and select Open in New Window.

To edit smart playlists, right-click on it and select Edit Rules.
