I changed macintosh HD everyone permission to n...

I can't open any folder or application. I tried recovery mode and first aid. It didn't work and now all i see is the loading screen and it doesn't load. 

It's has the latest version of sierra. 

You have no access to the drive because that was your choice, the real question is why would you do such a thing?

Erase the computer and reinstall the OS, in future do not meddle with permissions unless and until you know what you are doing.

Is there a way to backup all my stuff?

If you have another Mac you can try to use the old one in target mode: Use target disk mode to share files between two Mac computers - Apple Support or you can try to remove the disk (if possible) and use as external drive on another computer. I would try anyway to restore the permission in recovery mode.

Is says that the owners of Maclntosh HD is disabled and the first aid button is greyed out.

It allows you to open an Terminal? In that case you can try to change the permission to everyone (and then make a backup and reinstall the OS) with a "sudo chmod -R 777 /"

It says command not found when I write it without brackets and no such file or directory when i write it with brackets.

The command must be executed without double quote and on the disk with where you have problem. If you get a "command not found" (DOS? ) you're in really bad situation, then the only chance is to boot in target mode connecting your computer to another mac or to identify your coputer and see if you can remove the disk in order to put in a usb box and make a backup.

The easy way would have been to do it before you borked your Mac.

As you didnt bother to backup your machine all there is left is to remove its drive, fit a new one, reinstall your OS and access the old drive while connected externally.
