How do I reassemble the contents of an album th...

On all 3 devices, laptop, ipad and iphone, the music library sometimes removes some "songs" fom an album into a duplicate album. Why?

I listen to classical music and opera and this is getting really annoying, because sequence of "songs" needs top kept in the order in which the composer wrote them

Anyone solved this problem, and Apple seem to shrug their shoulders.
