iTune charges

I never purchased or have any intentions of buying any thing from iTunes. However, recently I have been getting iTune charges on my credit card. Apple did reverse all but one charge. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. They credited my account during the dispute, but now the charge is back. I'm curious if Apple convinced the charge was justified or the credit card company didn't do anything.
