unable to remove Read Only Mode microSD

I have a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 macbook. I also have a 256gb microsd, which when I uninstalled the NTFS paragon, turned to "read only" mode. I tried in an adapter to have the button to lock on waist and does not work. Because I did a different tests even with  windows 7 and there was "read and write" mode. I did format it and it does not work. In macOS it is always in readonly mode. Thank you in advance for help.
