Model or Computer trouble?

Early 2015 MacBook Retina 12 inch

OSX Sierra 10.12.6

1.2 GHz Intel Core M

8 GB DDR3 RAM

I got my new Macbook in May 2016 after 6 great years with the old white Macbook.

I have been very disappointed in this computer and am debating a new computer, but before investing in a new one I am trying to discern if my problems are a computer specific problem or a model specific problem (Model meaning I don't get another macbook).

I had warranty under it for the first year and had all 3 issues I've had addressed under warranty with no solutions.

1. A knocking noise from inside whenever it's tilted (when carrying). Sent away for repairs 3 times-fixed once (though it's come back). I was given different reasons every time and told 'Oh that shouldn't happen!' and 'Oh yea, that just happens'. The last time I took it in this past May I was told "Well, these computers aren't meant to be mobile" (HUH?! It's a laptop!! btw, I do no more than take it to and from class, my desk to my lap )

2. A crazy pixelation on my screen when watching things full screen. This developed about 4 months ago-I was told 'Oh yea, it just happens sometimes. We'll let you know if it can be fixed.'

3. Out of nowhere, everything (including the trackpad) freezes and I have to do an SMC reset. This is my time doing this in as many months. Today it happened in the middle of a project I'd been working on for an hour and couldn't save. Lost it all.

So, has anyone had these issues? Should I get another model completely or just a new macbook?
