Where are the Apps in itunes 12.7?

I just changed to iTunes 12.7 and when I connect my iPhone or iPad, I cannot find my apps?  I used to be able to move apps within iTunes, I cannot even find them. Also cannot see Apps in the store on my PC.

Apple removed that; they're supposed to be managed on the devices themselves.
