How to watch an iTunes movie rental on iPhone 7

I just rented a movie through iTunes on my iPhone 7 Plus, and am entirely unable to access it. Apple tells me to open the ‘Videos’ app, but when I try to download the App (by Apple in the App Store), it says that this App is not compatible with my device (iPhone 7 Plus)... This is obnoxious.
