Blocked Plugins & Launch Deamons messages

AC OS Sierra Version 10.12.4

When trying to access Centrelink (a Government website) which I have done many times. I now a message saying "blocked plugin". Can someone tell me what is going on.

Also I ran an Entrecheck which is giving the following message:

"Launch Daemons: (running)

What are these files? And how to I get rid of them?

Correctly uninstall the Symantec antivirus or security software you have installed on your Mac.  3rd-party security software is completely unnecessary and undesirable on the macOS.

I have this exact problem whihc has only arisen now as I get so little mail from Centrelink

However, I don't have any antivirus stuff installed, although I have had in the past

Any ideas?
