Facetime connection keeps changing from full sc...
I'd like to use my iMac desktop to connect with sales people in remote locations. WiFi connections are good and shouldn't be causing any issues. However, the screen goes from full screen (perfect) to a picture with black bars on both sides. Is there anyway to stop this? the computer was purchased in 2014 or 2015
