iTunes 12.7 no longer minimizes to toolbar?

One of the handier features of iTunes is when you can minimize it to your toolbar, making it easy to hit pause or play when working on other windows.

That capability seems like it's gone in the 12.7 release today.  Am I missing something?

Look... no iTunes!!
