How do you rearrange apps on your iPhone now wi...

I used to do it within iTunes. Plugged phone into laptop, clicked on the phone icon within iTunes & then apps. I'd rearrange however I wanted things & then click sync.

I know how to find my media folder on my laptop, but I don't know how to move an app from one page to another or create new apps folders anymore.
