Keyboard should not light up when I touch Track...

Hi when I touch/use the Trackpad on my Macbook Pro the Keyboard backlit lights up, (thats a little bit distracting as I read PDFs at night and mostly use the trackpad for scrolling, but sometimes I search something in browser thats when I need the keyboard backlit, so I dont want to completely disable the keyboard backlit, an its usefull that it lights up when I touch a key).

So my question is: How can I use the Trackpad without the keyboard backlit lighting up (but the keyboard backlit should still light up when I press a key)?

Every answer is appreciated, even if I had to hack around in terminal or edit config files. Stackexchange Links would be very appreciated too!

Hi,

There is no setting in macOS to do what you want. I have not heard of a third party app or hack that does it either.
