I wear my apple watch when I workout. Will the activity tracker on my watch transfer my workout information to the health app on my iPhone?

Yes - Activity data from Apple Watch is synced automatically to both the Health app and the companion Activity app on your iPhone.

Workout results can be viewed via the Workouts tab in the Activity app as well as via the Health app.
