Refund of charge debited to my bank account whi...

I entered my card number and all the other requirements for adding my debit card as a payment option on 27 September 2017. Immediately I was notified by a message by my bank that ₹60 were debited to my account.

Today is 3 October, 2017 but till yet I have not got my refund. 

What to do?
