iOS 11 battery power issues

I,m haveing the same battery life issues on my iPad since I installed iOS 11 last night a battery that lasted all day is now pooched after just 90minutes of the same usage I have always given it in a day today I have to keep it plugged into a Mobil charger as I also use it for work as well as personal use it has a cell chip installed. From what I can see here I,m far from alone with this problem. I don.t see anything that sujestes apple has admitted there is an issue and is working on a fix. So my question is can I go back to iOS 10 now that this crap is already installed on my device?

Apple does not support downgrading so you’re kinda stuck for the moment.

Chances are they are working on the issue, but things like this are rarely acknowledged until there’s an update out that will mention ‘addresses battery issues’

If you wish to let them know the problems you’re having you can send them feedback. There wil be no response but we’re told that all reports are read and logged, so at the very least it’s another vote for ‘battery problems’

Product Feedback - Apple

Hi

No you cannot downgrade to ios 10

Go to apps store download Battery life it will test your battery condition.

I would restore.

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi

Then go to settings down to reset Restore ipad back to factory settings

Then set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

If you still have a battery fault make an appointment at Apple store For checking

Or contact Support.apple.com.

Cheers

Brian
