How do i update my apps without payment informa...

i always get this when im trying to update my apps, i select my payment by using phone billing but it says that i can't use that and ask for another way of payment. But the problem is that i have no other option of payment since i have no credit or Debit card and i also have no other option for phone billing. I search for the resolution throught internet and there are some that suggest to remove the payment information, but i have no remove or delete option for my payment information. Anyone who knows how to solve this problem please do help me out. Tq.
