I'm a CEO of Real Estate company. All people in company use IPhone. We Synchronize all contacts with Office365 and now we have about 11000 in IPhone. It very handy for us!

But we have a lot of client with the same name: John. Or the same name and sirname: John Smith. We use some exchange accounts in Iphone.

And Iphone merge ALL of IT - all adresses, all Telephones!!!

Its catastrophe!!!

How can we ask Apple to let do not merge contacts?

I think this problem is very bad for iPhone in Business
