Notes lost

I lost 2 years of very important notes. I had them backed up in iCloud and to 3 mail accounts. All supposedly automatic. I accidentally deleted several notes about a very important job and cannot retrieve them. Cannot find any back ups in any of my emails and was forced to reset my phone to a back up prior to the date of the loss. You notes reappear and then vanish,  shortly after the restore is completed. I must retrieve and tetain these notes Help
