Let us shut off 3G and LTE while forcing our ph...

Is there any way to shut off 3G and LTE On ios 11 Iphone 7? i live in a poor coverage area and my phone will cling desperately to 3G signals often leading to -30% an hour without use. I still want service so shutting off data is not an option. I have sprint so i know for a fact my carrier still has a well intact 2G network. In fact, this issue has become so bad to the point were i have to use my moms samsung s7 phone as a hotspot while she shuts off 3G and LTE. I am so sick of this issue of having no battery due to this stupid ios 9.3 update which removed this option. If anyone knows of an app that helps or a setting i dont know about, please feel free to comment.

Btw: low power mode helps but not entirely and reduces it to 20% an hour. This is not a battery issue because my phone will run for 3+ hours of heavy use. I tried telling my carrier about this and they blamed apple.
