Apple Watch Slowness

My Apple Watch Series 2, which I have bought last December has been slowing down lately.

I have been noticing, when I press a button, select an app, navigate through it...

I don't know why, its been less than a year since I bought it and I expect it to work just fine! But that isn't the case. Everything works as expected and I am running the latest watchOS 4, but the slowness is what has been worrying me.
