How do I use the iMac as the second monitor on my Macbook Pro over Wi-Fi?

No such animal. You must connect the output of the MBP to the iMac's video in/Thunderbolt port using a proper cable. It will only work, if at all, on 2009-2011 27" models or 2012 iMacs.
