I have lost the book category in my iTunes.

I have lost the book category in my iTunes.  When I go to Preferences--General--Show, no list of categories comes up to select the book category.  What now?

With the new version of iTunes the Books category has been removed in iTunes for Windows. If you're using iTunes on a Mac, books can be managed using the iBooks app.
