Previous purchases do not stream in 4k

I purchased X-Men: First Class & Sherlock Holmes (2009) years ago but it’s not streaming in 4k/HDR on the Apple TV 4k. How do I reslove this issue?

Were your previous digital copies 1080p

and is your internet 25mbps?
