my ipad is switched off because of wrong password

Hello, dear Sir/Madam

I have a problem with my ipad which is switched off  because my son typed wrong password for plenty of times and it says connect to itunes,

I tried to do it several times but there's no connection and ipad is still disabled.

What should I do?
