suffering with mac mail app Sierra 10.12.16

Hello, I have this new mac book pro 13 with touch bar it was replacement to a device where everything works ok, this issue started when tried to add Exchange account on my outlook 2016 for mac, account keeps orange and can't connect to exchange server 2010. I tried tens of solutions, read all over the net and tried each step carefully, also involved support of Microsoft, IT guys at the company, and here what I've:

- even mail app (the one comes with apple mac os, same issue, keeps saying Offline, red color)

- tried with different combinations, domain\user, user@domain.com, user alone...

- tried connectivity analyzer and test was successful

- the mail server is being recognized normally, with domain.com/ews/exchange....

- i'm able to setup the account on microsoft outlook for windows, normally

- i'm able to setup and use the account on my mobile phone, normally

- i'm able to use the account on owa normally

- tried to reset the keychain and removed everything from accounts, repeatidy from mail and from outlook and started over, no luck

- switched to wired network, visited a friend to test on his wifi connection.... nothing new

- toggled and removed using SSL and without,, no change

- tried to remove the profile from outlook and created new one

- removed the v4 folder as saw online in Library/mail - nothing really, unless re-adding the account without luck

--> one thing i noticed though, in mail app, where the connection doctor performs the check, clicking on logs it works but doesn't add any log, it stays Zero byte file for Exchange...

- tried re-installed mac OS sierra 10.12.6 (without removing the data), same result...

- tried performing pram and first aid to hdd.. with vane

- tried to use imap, pop, used different port combinations... no luck, seems disabled at our company exchange server

- let the IT guys check my account at the organization, all seems ok from server side, as it works fine on the web and windows outlook..

Now the interesting part comes when i borrowed my colleague's account at the same company and tested it on my mac mail app, and outlook app, and walla!! it works fine! only my account this issue!!

Can anyone solve this puzzle? I'm having dellima for the last 5 days!
