Duplicate iWatch notifications on email with at...

I have a 1st generation iWatch and for some reason, when I get an email with an attachment, my iWatch will notify me twice, both times showing the same email.

I've searched the internet and could not find this exact problem so I'm opening a new discussion.  I apologize if it's already been answered and I just didn't find it.

Anyone know why I would get a duplicate notification on an email with an attachment?
