Regarding error "Too many disk I/O tasks (Elast...
I had the error during recording "Too many disk I/O tasks (Elastic Audio) (-10022)" in Logic X 10.2.2. It suddenly started occurring in a file which had never had the problem before. It always appeared in the same place in the file and would occur even if all tracks were muted except the one I was recording on.
I found that when I deleted a very small region at that location on a different track, the error went away. Somehow there must have been some marker (perhaps an old flex marker?) on that particular region which was causing a problem. It's interesting that the region caused the problem even when that track's playback was muted.
Hope this might help someone!
