Live Photos

In the new iOS 11 update, it said that I could take live photos. But when I go into the camera app, I cannot see the 3 ringed circle which enables the use of Live Photos. Am I even supposed to have Live Photos with iPad Air 2? If yes, please tell me how. If no, thank you for your time and consideration.
