How do I dispute an iTunes bill?

PLease help me find the number to dispute $450 iTunes bill



Although iTune terms says that all sales are final. You can try explaining.

I do not know why I have been charged $10.59 on my mastercard for the past three months.



Well, neither do I. You can see your purchase history like this See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support. It should include those charges. Since it's periodic, you probably subscribed to a TV program or software program. If it's an iTunes charge, the previous post here covers all the contact possibilities. And remember, we're just other users here, so we can't do anything about your accounts.



Thank Tom - this is extremely helpful.  I have several charges that just came through on my apple / iTunes account that are non iTunes, App related.

I am writing to dispute a couple of iTunes bills. I received a charge 49.11 on 1-17 and a charge for 45.90 on 1-11. I didn't make all these purchases. I am currently fixing this on my end bye deleting my billing info after each purchase I make. Please refund me this money.

Hi. This is just a user-to-user forum, sort of a giant blog. Please review this post Re: How do I dispute an iTunes bill? earlier in this thread with suggestions on contacting iTunes billing. Incidentally, hackers like to fake iTunes receipts. Are you sure these are actual charges, not just phishing attempts.

If they only show on your credit card account contact the card issuer



I was charge 19.99 for something I did ask for
