Plz help me getting out from this problem.

I am facing the following the problem since from last month: -

1. Mac gets heated few minutes within few minutes.
2. Battery drains completely with 2 to 3 hours of full charge.
3. Safari browser not working properly, multiple tabs opens frequently while browsing.

1. Heat is subjective. Use a temperature monitoring app and fan monitoring app to see what temps really are, and if your fans are running to cool things down like they're supposed to:

Fan monitoring app:

smcFanControl (use this only if you can control the urge to control the fan speed; Mac OS X/macOS is designed to do this properly without outside interference): google for smcfancontrol or others.

2. Could be related to fans running on high all the time or many processes running on high: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203184

Also, open Utilities > Activity Monitor > click on CPU > click on %CPU > click on it again, if necessary, to get the highest numbers to the top of the list/column. What are the highest numbers and the Process Names? Taking a screenshot and posting it may be easier.
