which drive is my backup drive

I have a 2010 Mac Pro. All the drive bays are full with drives. ONE of them is my time machine backup drive. I need to replace it, but when I look in my computer, I can't tell which one it is.

Is there a way to know which drive is which?

Thanks

Dave

Disk Utility will tell you which bay a drive is in when you have selected by Hardware-name.

 menu > About this Mac > (system Report) > SATA > Select a SATA interface

will all report the Bay number.

Bay 1 is at the front where the DVD reader is, Bay 4 is at the back where the power cable and a lot of other cables and the PCIe slot covers are.
