Lost all KeyChain passwords after upgrading to ...

Hello dears,

I've ran into a similar problem on an earlier version but that time I lost all data so I simply logged out iCloud and logged in once again to re-sync

This time everything is good but when I check any password for any key saved there I find that they are all empty!

I checked data on my iPhone but passwords are there so should be safe in the cloud but how can fix this issue on my MacOS High Sierra?

I assume you know by now how to turn this back on.

If not I explain what we did to "fix" the password issue
