Icon Missing

I restart my laptop serval times and still miss the icons such as Facetime, Notes, Maps, and Dashboard.

I use DiskUtility - FirstAid, and it is the same result.

I miss the icon on the main page, but I can find the facebook, notes, and maps on the Dock.

It's really weird.

 

Can anyone help me?
