Unable to install iOS 11.0.3

ipad is plugged in and connected to WiFi. when I try to install update, it says it’s an error occurred.

have you attempted to connect it to a computer using a cable and use iTunes on the computer to upgrade with ?

if it's the first generation of iPad mini it will not work on it though

That has caused many problems

Restart it if it shows up you CAN update it don’t use itunes method if your getting update from another source
