i moved, my calendar shows my old city.  How do I set my calendar (sun  set) to the new city?

The "normal" way Location Services works:

Your Wi-Fi Router is seen by various devices that have GPS available, and its location is reported to Apple. Apple updates its database when it has enough reports to confirm the location. After that, your correct location can be provided by Location Services.

If this is not yet working for you open

system Preferences > Date & Time > Time Zone...

... uncheck "set time zone automatically using current Location

in the dialog box labeled "closest City, enter your postal code (and country, if outside the US)

Close the window, and it should be remembered.
