Keyboard pairing by Bluetooth iPad Air 2

I have an Anker keyboard that was not working. It was fine earlier in the day when on public WiFi.  At home i clicked on home WiFi. it would not work. I went  to BlueTooth, turned it off and on. No help. Then indicated ”forget this device”. Now my iPad will not find it so I can try to re pair it with the Anker keyboard?   What do I do? The keyboard is charged.
