Thickness of glass in Ipad (2017)

What is the thickness of the glass screen for the latest Ipad (2017, gen 5, gen 7)?

Mine broke after a couple of days, and so did my Ipad Air 1 (I've understood that these two designs are very similar with the airgap). Earlier Ipads I've had have had much stronger screens. I't would be were interesting to know the screen glass thickness of Ipad 2017.
