Apply Pay

I believe it will be possible to transfer from my apple pay card to my bank account but will it be possible to transfer money from my bank account to my apple pay card?

Thank you.   I thought that having someone send you a payment and storing it would allow you to similarly also transfer ( charge ) your own Apple Pay Card.

I believe Apple Pay is merely used as an app that you assign your debit/credit cards to so you can use your phone to pay with them contactlessly. It is not a prepaid money account or anything like that, so the answer is no unfortunately.
