icloud albums missing post ios11 upgrade

Just upgraded phone and iPad to iOS11

Looking in Photo's and Shared - I can't see any of the iCloud Albums I created/invited to over the last few years - how do I get access back? both devices are logged into the correct accounts with settings for iCloud/Photo's to be shared etc.
