Wifi connecting problem after updating with IOS...

Hi everyone I am getting problem while connecting wifi in my iPhone 5s .This prob started after updating with IOS11. If I have to connect my phone to wifi then I do switch off my phone and again boot up and then reconnect it with wifi then it goes connected . It’s very irritating that switch off the phone all the time and restart the phone to connect wifi.   One more prob is that in to the storage there is an option that Review Large Attachments but when I click on it there is nothing in that window just two options appear at the right top of the screen edit and delete   But if there is nothing showing then how can I del my data to free up my storage.
