How to downgrade back to ios10?

guys, i’ve updated my ipad pro to the latest ios 11.0.2. I haven’t seen such a crappy software since i last used android years ago. This is simply ridiculous. it turned my device into unreliable piece of junk. Is there a way to go back to ios 10 without restoring from itunes/icloud (my backups there are with the new os)?

Downgrading iOS is not supported. If you are having problems, and if you say what they are, somebody on here might be able to help.
