why is the location of my devices not correct w...

Is there a way to adjust the location shown on the map when locating devices in iCloud?  Two devices that are 15' apart in reality show up on the iCloud map as being almost 200' apart.  The reason I'm asking is because I use find my iPhone and wonder how accurate the location mapping is.
