Ok cant download a free apps or update my apps ...

I cannot download or update apps it tells me to sign in to purchase then takes me right to my billing info

All downloads, free or not, are considered "purchases". You need to sign into the app store with your Apple ID to download anything.

But when I try to download or update my apps it tells me to sign in and password and takes me to my billing info
